What we do

• We are a Consultancy Company for Private Individuals as well as Industrial and Financial Companies.

• For Private Individuals we offer Family Office Business, Investment controls as well as Wealth and Succession Planning.

• For Industrial Companies we offer market research, assistance in developing new Business Strategies, product launch and distribution.

• For Financial Companies we act as Advisors to BoD or ExB and assist them to develop their business strategy and to grow their Business.

• For all segments we offer M&A and Corporate Advisory services.

What we do not do

• We will not manage actively financial assets of clients as we consider it a commodity better offered and done by Partners of ours, such as Small Private Banks (Boutique) or External Asset Managers local in Switzerland and abroad (depending on the needed license for this much regulated Business).

• We will not act as broker or dealer in financial assets, but introduce interested parties to licensed specialists

• We will not act as Trustee for client’s structures, as Partners of ours are much better suited to do so, but we will assume Protector roles, e.g. representing directly the Settlor and his family’s interests.

• As the CEO of our Company has been overlooking the activities of some of the largest Swiss Banks in relation to Italy, the latter is certainly our Main Market. Having also resided for business in North and Central America, these two continents are also well known.

• Eastern Europe and Asia, together with Africa are newer Markets we are covering, in which we still see good growth potential.

Sister Company

Ramapo Real Estate Sagl was also set-up in October 2016, at the same time Ramapo Consulting Sagl was called into life, and belongs to the same owner. The Company’s main activities are: to acquire, hold and manage real estate properties for its own or for third parties. These projects can either be financed by the company’s own means or financed by banks or other financial institutions leveraging the properties themselves, or through mortgages. The company can be active in Switzerland as well as internationally.It can take participations in similar companies or set-up its own affiliates in Switzerland and abroad.
